Karen is our star up and coming Keeper. Turned a few heads in Manchester recently and would have been poached if she lived over there! Has been selected for the Island U15 training squad.

Carol has a been a consistent performer at Valkyrs for a few seasons. A strong battler in midfield who can keep the ball away from anyone, even the guys!

Lucky pants ahoy! Generally a quiet girl but you should see "snake hips" control the dance floor...it's phenomenal! One of the nicest girls at the club, which is easy to understand if you've met the rest of them!

Naomi Lewis

Naomi is a lovely 'young' lady who is doing her best educating the 'young'sters of Pramsey! Often helps out with the captaining of the lower teams, Nay keeps the troops in order or threatens to get them drunk on her favourite drink.....tequila, sambuca and tabasco sauce!

After spending time at Uni in Newcastle Sarah is now ready for spending Saturdays playing a real game, not that poncy squash! One thing is for sure, she'll have got into plenty of practice of playing with a hangover...lovely to have her back on the team.
