Bill has a tremendously powerful strike on him, only problem is that his radar is a little bit dicky! Quite often spends more of the season skiing than actually playing hockey which probably isn't a bad thing!

Andy puts in a great deal of time coaching the juniors, however his driving skills could be better (see pictures of Lorna's damaged car for details). Being so tall, he needs to use a 44" stick which is unique in Manx hockey!

Like most down at Valkyrs, Ann is a drinking champion! Was once known to have turned from sober to drunk on just one sniff of alcohol! A little known fact is that Ann used to work in a factory that makes glue from dead horses. Often witnessed in possession of some quick skills, which isn't a surprise for someone who trains so regularly!

Jacko prefers to play ladies rather than mixed hockey partly due to Clive's on-field coaching technique. Likes to watch the pennies and is always keen to get a discount on subs with her motto being "Every pound's a prisoner"!!

Now, where do we start with our Michelle! Generally a quiet girl but you should see "snake hips" control the dance floor...it's phenomenal! One of the nicest girls at the club, which is easy to understand if you've met the rest of them!

NPS is another long standing Valkyrian. Just come back to the game after a few years out, it's a joy to hear "spinning away" and "man fast" once again. Always gives 110%, he once knocked out cold a lady during a mixed game and was heard to say "sorry player" as he carried on past!
